We used this business for the funeral of one of our relatives in 2015. The funeral home itself was dark and poorly lit. The parking lot was full of ice and there were no signs indicating which door to use to gain entrance to the funeral home as there were three different doors. The funeral director was not on the premises during the actual visitation and a mortuary science student was left in charge. The set-up during visitation was not well organized - as the sign-in book was not located near the entrance. The photo of my relative was placed on an easel that was broken and had to be moved. Finally, the funeral home screwed up the obituary and did not run i on Sunday in the Mpls Tribune as requested. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend using this service.
