The Apartment Manager(s) for the individual properties commit to a price and term of lease verbally; the General Manager changes the agreed terms, increasing both the rent and length of lease. When the GM is confronted with the terms agreed to verbally; he stated "well it wasn't in writing." This happened to myself and several other renters we spoke to in the year we lived there. Properties are worn out, hall carpet filthy, garage roof leaks, birds nests are in the walls of the ceder siding (they do nothing to move them when reported). It took 3 weeks to replace a defective stairwell light (however they did post a note on darkened wall saying that the light didn't need to be reported again - it was "scheduled" to be fixed.)

On a positive note, the apartments are spacious with generous closet space.
