A quick review of the BBB shows LV has a history of not honoring their own very poor and limited warranties. This store is no exception. After I got home I noticed a flaw in my handbag. I tried to get it replaced per their warranty. All they have to say is that you damaged it and they are off the hook, regardless that it is an obvious flaw. Everything is good until you have a problem. The manager working in Aug 2010 was very rude.
