Very unprofessional customer service. Steer away from realtor Deanna Thompson from Blaine location if you decide to work with Edina Realty. I've dealt with way more qualified and professional realtors, even through Edina Realty in the past. Deanna strung me along for a month and then she just stopped all communications with me. I haven't established credit for very long so Deanna told me we could go with the 'nontraditional credit' route where she would use my rent history and bills history and work with that. I gave Deanna all of the information she asked of me. She then told me it could take up to 3 weeks for me to hear back from her because this route takes longer to find an investor. So about a month goes by and I haven't heard anything. I emailed Deanna twice, she never got back to me. I called the office and whoever I spoke to said she was out 'sick' and that she would call Deanna and get back to me. I heard nothing. Then Deanna finally emails me at 10 o'clock at night saying she just heard from the underwriting manager 'today' and the manager told her that they don't have the Wells Fargo product they used to have access to. She then asked me if I wanted her to refer me over to a Wells Fargo loan officer.. WTF does that mean?? You mean to tell me that after a month, you are just now finding out you don't have access to the Wells Fargo product you used to have-whatever that mean??.. So even after all of that, I asked her for the contact info of this supposed loan officer. But I never heard from her again. Very crappy customer service! Steer away from Deanna Thompson. If she doesn't think she will get any money from you, she won't work with you.
