It is a wonderful community and they do an exceptional job at making it feel like a family. They take care of everything and make sure all the units are kept up and always fixes promptly. As long as you are kind and follow the lease there will be no issues. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and everyone hangs out and the kids all play together. Just pay your rent and there will be no issues. Plus it's great for families!!!

Do not rent from or work here. The management gossips about tenants, randomly changes policies, 'enforces' policies unfairly-for example I was told my friends dog could absolutely not visit the property because there are no dogs allowed on this side yet people on this side now have a dog who is out unleashed all the time...the micromanage your life and don't keep anything up. They are unfriendly, gossipy, money grubbing people who sell you a line of bs to get you in. And most of the people who live here drink heavily and smoke a lot of weed. The kids aren't supervised on the playground and are bullies.

Don't work or rent from this company! They are crooks!
