This school is a great one, I am currently a red belt, it has good community, a friendly atmosphere, and a challenging work out.



the pros tend to outway the cons in many ways

-due to the fact it is more diversified (children, people just starting in a physical activity) it can be a bit less challenging.

-great instructor. Both master Lindnbergh's (mr. Lindnbergh and mrs. Lindnbergh) tend to do a great job leading the class their daughter is also very good when she teaches.



-great atmosphere. The people really stand by there principles ("united in mutual friendship") it makes you feel comfortable to be there.



-for any level. this school is great for anybody at any level of martial arts.



-challenge. I previously said that it is a bit less challenging, but they mostly leave the challenge up to you, if your working hard then it will be challenging, but if you chose not to work hard then its your fault that it is not challenging (sometimes it depends on the ranking student too).

This is an excellent martial arts school. Very family-friendly, and there are many entire families that work through from white to black belt together. Master Scott Lindeberg (6th Dan) is fun and friendly, focused and a true "artist" of martial arts, with an uncanny ability to remember the names of every one of his many, many students. The emphasis is on competing with yourself, to be the best YOU can be - so the atmosphere is disciplined yet unintimidating and is very encouraging. Classes offered six days a week, and there are a lot of classes offered each day, so it's a good fit for anyone's busy schedule. The school practices the World Tae Kwon Do Federation style. Special children's classes, too. Excellent way for ADD and ADHD kids to acquire focus and self discipline, as well as establishing a lifestyle of physical fitness.

School principal Mr Lindegren is a very very good teacher. I have found all his students model him in being friendly, kind, understanding and leap to give help whever I ask. In a short time I have greatly improved my physical athleticism and learned much about self control. I am barely a yellow belt now but look forward to continuing my growth here.
