I needed to purchase health insurance for my son so I decided to stop by the office. There was no one readily available to greet people as tehy enter the office. I was greeted after a moment or so. It was a Friday and the person who handles that was not in the office. The woman that helped me took my name and number and said someone would call me on Monday. Monday came and I didn't hear anything so I decided to call and see if someone would be there to provide me with a quote. The person who took my call was Kim. She was less than friendly at best. She made me feel as if I was bothering her and she could care less about my son's insurance needs. It is not easy for an individual to navigate their way through insurance quotes. She acted like she was not interested in guiding me at all. All she was willing to do is send me the same info I have already looked at online. She said it's impossible to help me over the phone. OK how about offer to set up an office appointment with me? Common sense... I am going to you for assistance and you have offered me none! I am in the service industry and I can tell you, you cannot treat people that way and expect them to be your customer. If you don't want to deal with people or help them don't work in a field that requires it!
