Check your vehicle's mileage when you drop it off for a repair that doesn't require it to be driven for 13 miles like mine was!! Brought it in for the heater's blower fan to get fixed and when I picked it up the next day there was 13 additional miles on it. Not sure why this was when all they were doing was fixing the blower fan on it?? Still irritated by this, Dave!

Have them call you before they drive your vehicle for a repair that doesn't require them to drive it!!
