Jared staff was amazing ! I purchased a wedding bridal set to replace one that my wife lost 10 years ago. I was treated with patience, respect, and unbelievable customer service. They didn't have a piece of the ring that I wanted, and i didn't want to have to come back to the store, so one of the manager drove all the way to another store (in heavy traffic) to personally get the missing ring and help make the deal, so I could take it home that day! The sales staff were friendly, and kept me company as I waited. They were funny, intelligent, and cared about me and my business. Thank you Edina sales staff at Jared on York Avenue S. You were amazing, and I will definitely stop in again !
