Benesyst is such a joke. I have never heard as many complaints internally and externally about the company. They find reasons to fire you and then don't give you unemployment. Their business practices are abdominal, along with their management and even in most cases the people in general. i wonder how Amy Lindig sleeps at night. I would never recommend ANYONE working for this company and furthermore would never recommend anyone signing on with this company as a client! I don't know why and how they are still in business!

The turn over rate is phenomenal! The employees consistently talk badly about their clients, and even more badly about the employees. If you like to work with backstabbers, this is the place for you. The human resources department enjoys conjuring up reasons to hire and fire. Their practices are unethical not only to employees, but clients as well.
