This community has been an absolute nightmare where I have regretted moving in every day I've been here. The units are extremely outdated and poorly held together with faulty appliance that drive up your utility bills. The community itself is not a safe area I have at multiple occasions been witness to domestic assaults or heard gunshots within 1 block distances. If you have a maintanence issue or schedule an appt for someone to fix your problem dont expect them to do so in a timely manner. Also if for instance they have broken laundry machines that are filling the laundry room floors with water, its not a priority to them and they would prefer your things be ruined with you at an inconvienence before they attempt to do something about it But worst of all has to be the management team here. They are mostly incompetent morons who are incapable of simply relying an appropriate phone message. I have packages signed in by there staff and completely lost with me taking the loss. You can call and talk to one person and then be transferred to another person who will tell you something entirely different. They do not believe they do anything wrong and you can not believe anything you are told without written documentation practically in blood. However if they believe you may have said something because they in all actuality weren't paying proper attention to you will hold you to you "word". They do not believe in keeping true to commitments they make unless it is to their benefit and will change their minds at any point leaving you to suffer. I would not recommend living here nor would I live her myself even if they offered my unit to me rent free. This community is composed of lies and false images.
