I Absolutely love my apartment!The staff at innovative properties are friendly and very courteous.They're always willing to work with their tenants and will go that extra mile to make sure that you're satisfied.Thanks again for all that you do.

They are property managers for too many buildings. They can't handle the workload, therefore, it can take some time to get repairs done unless they are an emergency.
