Brought taxes in early in season. Tax service filed an extension. Afterward, I could never reach them and they did not respond to phone messages. I ended up having to get duplicates of all my paperwork, find another tax accountant, and file before the October deadline. Then came the late penalties from the state and fed. Because I owed, an extension should have never been filed for me. Do yourself a favor. Look for other reviews of this business online particularly at the better business bureau where this business receives an F grade.

Short story is, they filed an extension for me in April and then could never be reached. I had to get duplicates of all my paper work and hire someone else to do the taxes prior to October 15th. I ended up getting hit with penalties and interest charges only because of the lack of professionalism and customer service at Income Tax Inc.
