Owner is very rude, upon inquiring about fixing a dyson model vacuum he stated that he knows the vacuum cost $499 and he would not waste his time repairing dyson as it is a piece of junk that will always break. When asked if he knew of another repair company he became more rude and said no. Also spent time complaining about other customers repairs that he had to do and how much they would cost.

Called business - clearly stated in ad that he will service our brand of vacuums. He had our vacuum for 2 business days and then suggested I take it back as he did not have time to be on hold with the company that built the vacuum and he doubted that I would even pay for the parts. When I told him that he could not make that judgement call as I paid well over $1500 for our vacuum. The owner became rude. As an owner of a business myself I found his lack of customer service skills lacking and frankly surprising. I would recommend finding another vendor.

Took in a power attachment for my Rainbow and had it back in plenty of time (2 days) to get house ready for company. Professional and friendly service from Jake. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for vacuum repairs.

I have been going to the House of Vacuums for all my vacuum needs for twenty years. The service is dependable, trust-worth, and economically competitive. Thanks for being a local business that can be trusted.

Wouldn't even think of looking at my Rainbow vacuum. I paid to much for it not to have it fixed. In this economy do they think that people are made of money???!!!!! Would never take anything there nor would I tell a sole to go there!
