Used to love this place because of their cheap and cute clothes; however, bought a pair of pants there the other day and they ripped that same night. The manager refused to return/exchange/fix the pants. She was rude and started yelling at me. I have worked in retail at a discount store for over a year and understand the retail world. The manager was awful and I refuse to purchase anything more at Heartbreaker. awful.
