I came there before and purchased some mittens. The top of one of the mittens was not attached fully to the mitten and I hadn't realized it when I had left the store. When I came back, She would not let me exchange them even though I had the reciept with me. She told me about the no return policy, So I can accept that, But she ofwas rude about it and acted as if I shouldve know better. After struggling to work out and a deal and she was just not cooperating, she offered to sew them up. They were 3 dollar gloves and it wasnt that big of a deal for her to just give me new ones. It was pathetic. She called me back 3 weeks later with the gloves. By then, I had really no use for them as it wasn't as cold. I came to their store last week and I was being eyed angrily by an employee. She was staring at me and watching me very closely as I looked through the jewelry. I am sure I was not imagining this...Then she asks me If I was done looking at the necklaces. I say no and she says she thinks its a about time. I have never been so rudely treated at a clothing store before!

Heartbreaker in Uptown will not let you return an item EVEN WITH your receipt and the garment tags. You will only get STORE CREDIT. Nothing more. Plus their staff is extremely rude and condescending.
