I was looking for an appraisal for PMI removal on my home in Broolkyn Center. After looking over several appraisal search sites I noticed they were listed on several and after looking at their website at gregorysmithappraisals.com, I decide to set up an appraisal which I did off their site. I received a call later that day and had an appointment set up for the ever next day. The appraiser showed up on time and in a ever professional manner. I received my appraisal by email the next day and they even forward a copy to my bank. The hole process was easy and quick. I would use them again.
