STAY AWAY!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T UPHOLD THEIR OWN POLICY!!!!!!!



I made an exchange on 4/30. Didn't like the bracelet. Took it back a week later and the manager, Kelley Lang, told me to order something else so I did. 3 weeks later she calls me to tell me the earrings are on back order indefinitely and that I should come in and look at something else or check out the other stores. Went back 3 weeks later (well within their 90 day return policy--was on day 68 from ORIGINAL exchange) and they said Kelley Lang told them not to exchange it. Called Sterling Jewelery, the headquarters, and they told me they didn't have a good explanation and that I am stuck with the bracelet. They don't even stand behind their 90 day return policy. This company will be bankrupt soon! They have no chance to make it with service like that. I found a website yesterday that had over 9 pages of bad reviews on Kays, Goodmans, and Sterling Jewelers. My experience was with both Northtown Goodmans and Kays in Blaine.
