Good Earth Restaurant, with locations in Edina and Roseville, Minn., is a casual that serves naturally prepared food. Its menu items include vegetable bean soup, Greek salads, Thai chicken pizza, turkey burgers, bison burgers, vegetarian enchiladas, steamed salmon, juices, smoothies, fruit spritzers and natural shakes. Good earth has a party platter menu that features muffins, coffee and tea service, pies, cakes and other bakery items. The restaurant also offers its entire menu for takeout. Good Earth is a subsidiary of Parasole Restaurant Holdings, which is based in Minnesota. Parasole, founded in 1979, also owns Manny s Steakhouse, Chino Latino, Salut Bar Americain, Figlio and Muffuletta.

The Good Earth is one of my favorite restaurants! I especially love the vegetable saute with melted cheese on top. Although, practically anything that you order from the menu is delicious. I also enjoy the Good Earth tea. This is a great place to meet a friend for lunch!

Good all the way around

Great food - nice selection on the menu. Awesome risotto. One of my favorite places to go. Nice outdoor seating weather permitting. And if you leave room for dessert, the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies anywhere. Seriously.

I'm not much for healthy foods when I go out to eat.

My wife wanted to eat healthy - the selections for me were not plentiful.

Quality Food

This restaurant is known for their organic food and vegetarian food, and for good reason+ everything is fresh and delicious. My favorite item is not even on the menu+ their complementary bread basket (with a dish of hummus) is absolutely wonderful.

Good choices

Stop here often when shopping. Food is good, great tea too. Great service
