I want to tell you how much I have appreciated doing business with you. In January of this year I began to long for a piano in my life again, after 15 years without one. As I had time I made a few calls and visited a large piano dealer, getting educated. When I called you I believed I heard honesty and integrity in your voice and manner, and when I visited your shop that belief confirmed. I knew you were the one I wanted to buy a piano from, and I was willing to wait till you found the piano I loved. I was surprised and thrilled that my piano was found so soon, and I have played it every single day since you had it delivered. It has brought a new enrichment into my life, and a bonus that I did't expect -playing is a great stress reliever. I found you to be such a pleasure to deal with Greg. I appreciate your honesty, integrity and your diligence in finding just the right piano for me. You cared about that aspect and I never felt pressured in anyway. That is rare these days, and it was much enjoyed learning about the intricacies of the piano in this process. It adds to my enjoyment of playing.
