OPEN NOW - Closes at 10:00pm

Today is Thursday , June 19th 2014 . I came to the store for a return at 9:50 pm and the doors were locked . Two employees were at the register counting money or sorting receipts and they didn't even bother to look at me at the numerous attempts to get their attention . I thought the store closes at 10:00 . Why aren't you guys changing the closing time to 9:50 pm ? We can go to any store that says close 10:00 pm at 9:59 and they still let us in . Too bad this is a brand new store and so inconvenient .!!!!!!!!!!!!
