Had the worst experience ever here. Have been a regular customer due to the ease of booking but due to a traffic jam outside the facility I arrived at exactly 5:39 for a 5:30 appointment. The receptionist said I couldn't come in - although the cancellation policy is 9 minutes and I showed her on my iPhone the time was 5:39, she said she was required to cancel and reschedule. In addition she was extraordinarily rude. So the owner pays her salary as well as the waxer salary while I take my 80 dollars elsewhere. Great policy. Will never come back - there are a million waxing places in town that will be happy to take my money.

I always feel so welcome and comfortable at the Calhoun ewc. The staff is warm, energetic and detail oriented. I am always more than satisfied with my wax services and would recommend the Calhoun ewc to anyone.

Awesome customer service both with the front desk and wax specialists! Great prices and all the appointment times are really accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a quick but thorough wax!
