Disgusted with Enterprise. First, their talk of picking up customers is a fraud. They will make excuses not to do that. I arrive at the location in Bloomington and they tell me that my debit card is worthless. Now this is basically my fault, I do not rent cars all that much. They tell me they can do nothing, so I walk a half a mile in the winter to get to my bank and straighten things out. I get back and the transfer to another card was held up, they to me they could not help. In addition, the young punk was very smug. My daughter picked me up and I eventually got a car in Spring Lake Park. Honestly, they did nothing wrong and I have no complaints against them. Overall, not happy with Enterprise.

DISGUSTED with Enterprise.

My husband recently got rear-ended and the auto-body shop recommended renting through Enterprise while our vehicle was getting repairs. The individuals working were swamped when I came to pick up my rental and only did a very brief run through of the rental and any existing damage before sending me out.

I am a very conscious, careful driver - ESPECIALLY in a rental. I only drove to and from work, parking in an underground garage over night and in spaces with no concrete block parking stops far from my work building to avoid any damage.

When I arrived to drop off the rental vehicle, one of the employees moved the car to a different parking space where there was a curb. When he came back in to do a check of the vehicle with me for any damage, he suddenly found a couple cracks in the front bumper - what a coincidence!

I expressed my concerns after receiving a claim for the damage. Despite my objections, I am now trying to deal with a $2000 bill for the damage that "I caused" with their only evidence being photographs of the damage. How is this customer service? How is a young couple living on a limited income with a tight budget supposed to afford $2000 for these damages? This company takes in $19.4 billion annually. I don’t feel comfortable contributing another penny toward this unreliable corporation.
