Water damage from rain inside most apartments. Absence of maintaining this building through the years. Smells of molds caused by the moisture problems cannot be good for ones health. The heating and air conditioning rarely works, outdated equipment never maintained properly. Windows are cloudy and hard to see through, even with attempts to clean. Building needs some serious updates.
