I have been a patient here for years and have been to a few Dermatologists before I started here. None are as good as this one. Friendly receptionist - friendly nurse - friendly doctor. I have always had a great experience. Getting an appointment has always been easy - and the times available fit my schedule perfectly! Quality patient care is clearly a huge priority. It is especially nice to go to a Dermatologist's office that is not masking themselves as a spa that happens to have an MD on staff. They are true professionals!

I was recommended to visit a specialist by a friend and picked Dr. Ide. I'd been dealing with skin problems for a long time and the doctor took a look and knew within minutes and gave me advice to deal with it. I recommend going to this doctor if you have skin issues other doctors say must be due to allergies - just go to this doctor. Dr. Ide's people were nice and helpful. Overall a great experience.

I read the other reviews and feel it is unfair to judge one appointment. Peoples personalities may seem gruff and hard when all reality they are a little shyer and maybe not as outgoing as the other staff, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The billing person was wonderful she helped me to understand my insurance much better.

when i called to set up appt i was helped by a nice person which was i expected if they want me as a new pt. I arrived for my appt expecting the same kind of service I was given when I made appt but the girl up front was not friendly. I was really surprised and thought she must have had a bad day. the dr seemed pretty good and when he said i needed to come back i scheduled with the not friendly person. i came back and the same girl checked me in and again i could not get over how unfriendly she was. i felt like i was bothering her or something! i had to come back again for a different issue and fortunaely i got a new person at the front! she seemed happy to help me! after some questions i figured it out - this is the girl who made my initial appt and she only fills in up front when needed. too bad, they should put this girl up front full time. otherwise it would have been a better experience.

dr ide was very quick and efficient - seemed to assessed very quickly. i was able to get in within a week which i thought was good (called other dermatologists and they were booked a month out!) staff seemed friendly to me.

Basically the same review as the previous person. Very unhelpful assistants.Docs maybe OK but I will never go here again

I found this office by looking on dexonline.com. I was able to get an appointment within 4 days where other offices were out 2+ weeks. Everything went well but I do have to agree, the staff does come across as unfriendly especially Stacy who works at the reception desk. I really have no complaints and if I have any other issues I would go back.

I was referred to Dr. Ide by an associaate who highly recommended Dr. Ide from his experiance with skin disorders. I made an appointment to verify a diagnosis provided by a local doctor and laboratory. Dr. Ide knew immeadiately the diagnosis was questionable at best. His laboratory confirmed I had squema cell cancer. Dr. Ide provided names of a surgeon and an exceptional plastic surgeon who saved me from a disfigured face. The first review I read on this office confuses me. When people state things like "I have heard this about so and so." I question the validity of the whole review. And when an alias if provided for a name that even adds to the questionability of the report. Perhaps there was an error made, we all make mistakes. My experiance has been nothing but the best from the Doctors and staff.

I have left each appt disappointed with the assistants working for Dr. Ide. I've heard negative things about Joyce. Stacy is pushy and rude. First, I called w/ the desire to sched a follow up appt. I left a message on the voicemail. No one ever returned my call. Next, my prescription was called in WRONG. And no one in that office is willing to lift a finger to make it right. I am the one that has to call my pharmacy and fix it? HOW? My pharmacy is the one that told me to call YOU. I explain this and am treated like a total inconvenience. Lots of sighs, huffs and grunts. After I get my prescription situation remedied I am finding a new derm. Like I don't have a million options... Right? So disappointing. You'd think in the medical field, you'd be required to have people skills and enjoy helping people. Not this office. They make you feel like you're a bother.

Dr. Ide has advanced knowledge and skills in both

diagnosing and treating skin problems, including

cancers. Besides, he has unusually good people

skills; I find him approachable and accessible

and recommend him highly.
