I made a quick stop in the store to pickup a 24 inch circular needle. I didn't really pay attention and bought the wrong size. I realized this when I got home. The very next day I went back to make the exchange the the woman at the counter was very rude. She acted as if I go around knitting stores and try to exchange knitting materials. She said that they don't usually take back opened items. I hadn't opened the package as it was the wrong size. All she had to do was look at the date on the receipt to see that I had purchased it the day before, but she only wanted to berate me instead.
