Run down; stains on the walls, off color paint spots, paper signs put up with scotch tape. Disorganized serving; was 5 mins before we were acknowledged to be seated, served our drinks and meal by 3 different people. Waitstaff wasn't very personable or enjoyable. Food came fast and was good, but everything else was not.
