I have no complaints about the service I have received from Dr McKay himself I thought he was a very nice dentist and then very good work I consider him a gentle dentist. I made a mistake and did not realize I had a bill from them that I thought my spending account card would have paid for which I obviously forgot to to pay after the fact.the dental office said they have been trying to contact me since April of this particular year and I called and around August to make an appointment and that's when the reception is brought it to my attention that I told them a bill as she told me it was sent to a collection agency.I contacted the collection agency right away and made a payment arrangement.the payment arrangement was agreed through the agency that I could take about 5 months to pay that bill off.I completed my payment February of the next year and the dental office didn't get that final payment until about six weeks after my payment was made to the collection agency. the reception is made me think after I paid that bill she did not give me a time frame but she said after the bill was paid I was welcome to come back to the dentist to get extensive work done besides getting my teeth cleaned.I have had this bill paid for over a year ago now I call in to make an appointment for my oldest son and they tell me I'm a risk and they don't want my business.so I feel like she told me one thing after I accomplish what I needed to do as far as paying the bill then she changed what she had originally talked to me about back at the time when she sent the bill to the collection agency. I try to talk to her to see what was really going on and get it broke down to me and she did but she appeared a little rude and her conversation towards me. telling me how do I expect for her and her staff to get paid when really it was $400 I'm not saying that I don't understand but my employer paid over thousand dollars to them and I don't think they actually went broke or didn't have no food in their mouth after my employer paid the big bulk of the bills. she said I was a risk. I have a spending account card debt always and usually pays my bill I made a mistake and didn't know about the bill I forgot about it being a human being and sometimes that happens with people in life. I don't consider myself a rest because I do have a spending account card that will cover the charges for whatever reason I did make a mistake and did not follow thru and come down to the dental office with my card to make that payment and when the time came the side of my car would not pay for anything the year before. the collection agency waited 6 weeks to give them a final payment that I know that I paid February 6 and then that last payment went through to their office from the collection agency on March 19. even though I made a mistake aright does it make a wrong I thought the receptionist was quite rude and as much as I have gone in there and my children I think I could have been treated a little bit better due to a 400 dollar mistake. but that's okay I will take my business elsewhere I don't need to beg to have service from anybody.

about a bill that I did honestly owe

and I can say it was my fault that

I did not see the bill comes in the

mail. the receptionist told me they

have been trying to reach me

through mail since April of this

particular year.I called in August

of that year to make a dental

appointment. the receptionist told

me that they sent the bill to a

collection agency.She told me

that I could still come in for

general cleaning but nothing

more than that. I contacted the

collection agency right away and set

that up taylor range meant what started in september

Nice, friendly staff. Dr. Mckay took a lot of time with me explaining things and making sure I was comfortable.
