I called for cost information for an eye exam. I had my benefits information directly from my insurance company in front of me during the discussion. My benefits clearly stated that if I did both contact and eye exam, that the eye exam was not covered. Instead I got a $100 "allowance" for the combination of the contact exam, eye exam and contact lenses. The woman who answered the phone would not accept this since she "deals with this every day" and continue to insist that the WellVision exam is fully covered even though I had it in black & white in front of me that it was not. She was condensending, apparently I am not properly capable of reading and understanding vision coverage. Needless to say I went somewhere else (and they did confirm it was $100 allowance).

I am a 10+ year customer & am done. 1st I lost the opportunity to receive a free pair of $300 glasses. They would not email, fax, or by phone my perscription because it might be in error. Next I went in and bought new lenses for frames that a lens fell out & was lost. The lenses were to be exactly as the previous ones. Night driving with the lenses is hard as there are streaks coming off all lights. I called & was told they were the same (they are not) as my last lenses. I said I am really unhappy here; the response was a cheery, "OK". The message was clear... We don't care about you or 10 years of loyalty or the thousands of dollars you spent here. The final straw was when I asked for a copy of my prescription to buy online ($52 vs. over $400), they did not give me a complete one and I had to make two calls back to them for more info. More "Optical Hustle". Are you looking for a place to give you good service at a good price? I would not choose here

I have been going to Crystal Vision Clinic for about 3 years now. The service is excellent. The staff is very dependable. They answer all your questions and they are very helpful.

I got my first pair of contacts from Crystal vision. The staff was nice and friendly. I took me an hour to put in my contacts the first time the staff was very understanding and supportive.This is the 3 eye doc I visitied and by far the best. I had no problems with the insurance either.

I just got my glasses a few weeks ago, they made everything so easy, and the staff was so nice. I highly recommend them for people like me, who are wary and nervous nellies. I am very haapy now, and best of all I can SEE!!#########Gin
