This company is terrible--unethical & do not follow by-laws. The property manager we worked with charged us for a water leak. We proved by paying a technician to investigate that the leak was not from our unit. The property manager refused to answer or return phone calls. Despite proving that the leak was not from our unit, she also refused to investigate further. She charged us for the leak. We found out later that not only was she falsifying information, but she also refused to share any information we presented to the board. We complained to the board. They sent out another technician. The technician again proved the leak was not from our unit. The property manager magically "lost" the technician's assessment. We've had several witnesses come forward to testify that the property manager is falsifying and withholding information. Knowing she is unethical, we asked for a copy of the records in our account. She refused. We took the matter to the board. She then said she would only give us our records if we paid her extra money. We decided it would be easier to take this to court.
