Unaware of a pin hole in the water line to our ice maker on the refrigerator, our basement began to fill with water. I came downstairs to soggy carpet and standing water in the room below our kitchen.



I called Cardinal Carpet Care because they have cleaned our carpets in the past; Sarah arrived quickly due to the situation. She dried the saved the carpet from needing to be replaced, patched and painted the water stain on the ceiling and worked with our insurance company from start to finish giving them all the details to make the claim go smoothly for both us and the insurance company.



Though I would wish this situation on no one I can highly recommend Cardinal Carpet Care to get your home cleaned up quickly and making the process seem effortless.

I needed my carpet cleaned and stretched after a construction remodel project that we were doing at my home. I was skeptical that the carpet could even be cleaned after all of the stains we had accumulated from scraping the popcorn off the ceiling, painting, tiling the bathroom and mudroom. Sarah came out and cleaned the carpet so well, that many people thought we had replaced the carpet because it looked so good! I have always done the “do it yourself” type of carpet cleaning in my house. I have light colored carpet, two kids, a dog and a lot of stairs. I would spend all day pretreating and cleaning my carpets only to have them quickly look dirty again. I decided to call Cardinal Carpet Care to try and clean my carpets. They came out and talked to me about my carpet and stains and why shortly after I cleaned it the traffic areas would look dirty again. I couldn’t believe the difference in my carpet after they got done! It looked new again! They even got out stains that I had tried several times to get out but were never able to. The Cardinal Carpet Team was quick, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone and already have.

I was faced last year with a serious issue at my office - my dog had cut her foot while on a walk during lunch - we didn't notice it until she had run all over the office leaving a trail of blood through out the office. I called Sarah because I knew she could get this out. She arrived that evening and was able to remove all the stains. This is a strong testiment to not only her emergency response services but also to her ability to deal with not only dirt and mud but other messes as well.

I hired Cardinal Carpet Care to service my carpets and upholstery. Having two young children my carpets and upholstery needed to be cleansed of juice, milk, chocolate and fruit snack stains. I used Cardinal Cleaning Company to clean my white kitchen tile. I use to clean the grout with a brush a couple of times a year, but it never came very clean. Cardinal Cleaning used a steam machine and in 20 minutes it looked like new. I was very satisfied and used them to clean my carpets. I was just as satisfied with the results of my carpet!!
