I recently had one of my bedroom blinds break. It needed to be re-strung and a new roller put in on top for both sides. Charles from The Blind Factory did an excellent job explaining what need to be replaced and how much it was going to cost me. He picked it up at the time he said he would and had it back in no time. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. I would recommend The Blind Factory to all of my friends and family!
