I've lived here with my roommate for almost 2 years, and it's been really nice. I really appreciate that they've made a parking policy, it makes it so much easier for me to find a parking spot closer to my apartment. Office girls are always smiling and polite when you need help with something.

If you want a nice, clean, and safe place to live, don't come to Autum Ridge apartment. There are unexplained sound and shadows, the apartment smell very bad, the managament are money hungry and don't care about their tendents.. there are not inspections. the only time you see or hear from them is when you are late for rent.. Oh yeah I have a four year old child and the roof leaks in his room and they never came to repair it.. DON'T GO TO THIS APARTMENT!!!!!!!
