I used Asia Auto for many years. The latest, and last, I had my car towed there because my car was acting up (I'm not a mechanic). Viet called me up the next day, told me he had diagnosed the problem (he said it was 3 belts and 1 pulley) and I told him to go ahead and fix it. I Came and picked it up and as soon as I drove off the lot it was obvious no work had been done. The car was the exact same and dangerous to drive. I told him this so we went on a test drive......during the test drive the car broke down and now we are stuck on the middle of broadway ave pushing the car off the road. It was obvious he never even drove the car before or after whatever he did. When I asked if he could issue me a partial refund he refused saying it was my fault because of the way I described the problem to him over the phone.

I had called the Asian Store about my car that does not start most of the time. They told me to tow it to their store. they gave me their towing guy whom I paid $75.00 cash to tow the car to their store. They called me up that it was going to cost me $450.00 to get it fixed and I said okay go ahead. I was told later that they can't fix it but will have another store fix the mecedez. I said, no, I can't be paying towing fees up and down and will have the car towed back to my house. They said fine but I will be paying $35 for storage and I said okay. One week later, I went to get my car and I am told that the car is now at the impound lot and it is going to cost me $375 to get my car out. The impound lot North surburban towing in crystal said I can pay them $175.00 to get my personal belonging and surrender my title or they will charge me $1500.00 if I dont get my car in 45 days. How do I go from a an auto store who promise to fix my car to now owing a towing company?
