I love supporting people with disabilities while I shop! I entertain a lot and buy party dresses and party hosting / housewares here all the time.

I love The Village! The selection is great, and lots of the brands that you find in the upscale stores. I always find something great for myself, the kids, or the house. I love the fact that the money is used to help individuals with disabilities and their families. I always feel good shopping there.

Waayyy Overpriced!!!

Clothes are priced as high or higher than many consignment stores, even books are very expensive. This is the highest priced thrift store in the TWin Cities (Richfield location only).

Arc Value Village

What a fun place. I have only been there twice and that was before this past Holiday season, I found a few treasures I could not live without. When you have the time just to browse through everything, you are guaranteed to find something you are looking for in particular, or something you can't find anywhere else and the prices were very good. The deal days are the best too!

OOOPS! I'm very sorry but the poor review I just left was NOT intended for this store. It was intended for the FOR PROFIT Value Village chain store. I clicked on the wrong store. Please disregard those comments in relation to this store.

terrible customer service

I was in the new store that opened up in Maplewood. I was so uncomfortable, one of the supervisors (I believe) was yelling at one of the cashiers for a mistake he had made, I felt so bad for the cashier, I just left.

Prices have skyrocketed! Very rare to find a bargain! You could pay a couple dollars more and buy brand new at Target. They check Ebay on collectibe and vintage items (including clothing) and are pricing way too high. They started selling on Ebay and half of their items don't sell because they are priced way too high. Greed has definitely seeped into every facet of this business. I wonder just how much of every dollar goes to people with disabilities.

Huge variety of good quality merchandise at great prices. Best of all, purchases benefit people with disabilities. Deals that help. What a deal.

Best thrift store in town

I love Value Village! It's like a treasure hunt every time. Well organized and most of the stuff is in good shape.
