We had a bad experience with the Anderson Cleaners on 50th and Bryant in Minneapolis. They cleaned and pressed a large bundle of work shirts for us, apparently without cleaning out pockets first, which is supposed to be the first step in their process. Two of our shirts were destroyed when gum was pressed into the fabric. No mention of this was made when we picked the shirts up, so my husband noticed when he went to unwrap and wear the shirts, and found a "we need more time" tag hanging for the hangers. We brought the shirts back in, and they tried to clean the stains out, but couldn't. I asked what would happen now, and the front desk person said she'd ask her manager. The manager left the front desk person hanging without a response for us, and when we contacted the manager directly, he was ungracious, and unhelpful. He did offer us a voucher for $10 in cleaning at their location. No thanks. :(
