Lousy job. The fence ( approx. 200 feet), two gates were done ... in 6 month. They re-did: posts, gates, post caps. It looked like they have hired high-school grads to do the project. Lousy looking job an is overpriced. The "architect' of all this was the guy with name Chad. During the estimate (April, 2014) he sang me: "It will take less than one month. I will even sell you sprayer for $100 to paint your fence, it is cheaper than at Sears or Homedepot...", now (November, 2014) he said: "I do not sell sprayers, you are mistaken". And this is funny part: he asked me to put reminder of the payment (bigger, second part) in amount of few thousands $$ in form of CHECK under the floor mat of our entry door. So, in short words: BUNCH OF LOSERS and LIARS. STAY AWAY!

Our 6' privacy fence looked beautiful when it was installed. We received many compliments from several neighbors. However, Alpine Fence made us pay for over 35 pickets which were not used. We had also specified pickets that were without knots and were told at the time of delivery that the supplier was "out" of knotless cedar. Within the first three months, the dog ear pickets began to pull off of the staples which were forced almost half way through the wood. By the first year we had a post break off at ground level. When we asked them to come out to repair the fence, they inspected the damage and refused to replace it at no cost. Today, we had two panels literally fly off out of the ground due to high winds. Upon inspecting the uprooted posts we learned the depth of the posts had only been six inches. The concrete had broken away from the sides of the posts and left a muddy hole. I have contacted the owner on multiple occasions to remedy the multiple issues and they refused. Having paid over $5,000 for our fence.... I highly recommend you look elsewhere for quality product, installation, & service! RUN AWAY from this company!
