Alpha Video did not post the emergency number that was referred to in an earlier review. It looked to be posted by someone using Google maps and it turned up in a Google search under the User Content tab. Our apologies for any confusion, but this emergency number is not valid and should not be used

Their ad says emergency service is available (of course I have an acute emergency and it's not during regular business hours) but I have called three numbers, let it ring 20 times until it automatically turns over to their fax. Very bad for business and repeat business.
