I purchased a knee brace and some JOBST compressions stockings from Active Medical! The woman that waited on me was AMAZING! She took the time to measure me and give me a nice selection of braces to try on. Unlike ordering online, where you cant touch it or feel it! The prices were 40% less than the same one at Park Nicollett store. The JOBST stockings are the best compression stockings to wear! She measured me to make sure I got the right size. A wonderful experience. They have a great selection of so manty medical supplies. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

I drove to Active Medical today after learning that I had a torn meniscus in my right knee. When I got to the store, the salesman showed me what knee stabilizers he had available. He measured my knee, opened one, and he put it on me. It seemed very uncomfortable, but I did not think I had another option. I purchased the brace, with it still on my knee in the position that the salesman had put it.I walked outside and read the instructions, only to find that the salesman had put the knee brace on backwards, with the front at the back of my knee. When I put it on correctly, it was still extremely uncomfortable. I quickly looked up prices on my phone, and I found that the item, which cost $68 in Active Medical, can be purchased for $45 at other places. Active Medical's price on this item was 50% higher than what I found elsewhere.I took the brace off and put it back in its packaging. I needed to go directly to work due to the time, and I decided to come back to return the brace when I got off work just before the store closed at 5:30.When I arrived back at the store, the same salesman was working. He avoided eye contact. I told him that I would like to return the brace. He said no, because he can not take it back after it is worn. I informed him that I took it off immediately after exiting the store, and he was the one who opened it and put it on me. He again refused, saying that he could not verify my story, and told me I clearly hadn't sat in the parking lot all day.I walked out of the store. Please do not go to Active Medical. Not only was the service I received terrible, but they are over priced by 50%! While I am younger with a knee injury, the store clearly catered to the elderly. I am afraid that others, especially the elderly, will get taken advantage of by this store. Avoid Active Medical at all costs!

I recently went to Active Medical to find a shower chair and walker. WOW!! What an amazing experience. Not only did they have the selection, but the service was awesome. They knew how to adjust the walker, all the shower chairs came in different shapes and sizes (and ALL were height adjustable). My Mom was so please with the products I came home with. They had at least 20 walkers to chose from. They have so many products, from cushions, lift chairs, bath, wheelchairs, scooters, wound care and it goes on and on. Very nice people to work with. I cannot say enough about Active Medical. I hope everyone that needs medical supplies goes to Active Medical. Guaranteed 100% satisfaction!!!!!Thank you Active Medical. I just had a hip replacement and Active Medical was wonderful. The showroom is amazing with the selection of products. They had everything I needed for after my surgery. They even rented me a lift chair while I was recovering. They had selection, good prices and extemely knowledgeable about the products.I would reccomend Active Medical. Save time and just go to Active Medical. They have it all, including service and a smile!!!Mary

I went to 3 medical supply stores searching for a lift chair for my Dad. Active Medical was amazing. They had 14 Lift Chairs on the floor (selection), they were knowledgable about the chairs and once I decided to buy from them, my Dad had his chair in 24 hours!!! Since we bought it off the floor! I would recommend Active Medical to everyone. Kind, considerate and what a selection of medical supplies. And....if they don't have it they will try very hard to get it for you. I came to Active Medical to look for a variety of items for my father. I found a huge selection of merchandise. The employees were very knowledgable and so kind. I have never seen such good service and selection at a medical supply store. Even a conversation on the phone was delightful with them. They know the product they sell very, very well.I highly recommend them! They are one of a kind in their field!!

They have repair facilities available on Tuesdays. They seem quite knowledgeable regarding their merchandise. They have a good selection of merchandise. They changed their name from 4 Day Medical in the past year.
