I contacted them last week regarding a fridge, I was going to outfit my entire house. Once they found that out they raised the price while I was on the phone every few minutes! STAY AWAY! Bad company, bad people, bad business!!!

This company offers a discount for Christians only. If you are of any other faith they reject you.Don't buy from this bigots - don't be one of them. Rise above racism and bigotry.

I bought a stackable Kenmore washer and dryer from A1 Anoka and have had it for a year and a half. Never had a problem and got it for $400.00 instead of $1,100. for new. Jessica And Jenny are great to work with. A friend has bought several large appliances there too and all good luck. Try 'em!

Purchased an appliance from them a couple months ago and by week three it started giving me problems. A piece of junk! All I want is this to work! Better off buying a used appliance from a REPUTABLE establishment than from this place! This place preys on people in a desperate fix and sells them garbage! Run..

The worst customer service. I purchased a home whihc had a dishwasher from A 1. The dishwasher has not worked since I moved in and the seller of them home told me to contact Carlos at A 1 as the appliance was still under warrenty. Carlos refused to help me and even yelled at me over the phone when I said I already had a service call scheduled (I was telling him this so I could find out if I could cancel the service call and just work through them). He rarely let me talk and kept cutting me off....I was going to give them one more chance to honor their warrenty today but have decided to give up after my previous experience and just have the appliance serviced by another company. Please, if you are considering buying an appliance go somewhere else - this place is not worth the headache!!!!

My wife and I bought all of the kitchen appliances for our home from these folks. She went in and picked out the ones we wanted. When delivered one was different (we wanted all four same brand) - different brand. They said the other dishwasher had quit working when testing, so they replaced w/out asking us what we wanted. Then, the dishwasher and microwave quit working. They gave us grief but finally replaced. We have now gone through 4 different microwaves and 3 dishwashers. We now have four different brands of appliances! They will not return our money, the latest microwave is not working (we have ruined cabinet replacing so many microwaves). They refuse to take responsibility for the junk they sell, they don't have good service, etc, etc. They delivered our latest dishwasher last fall in the rain so it was soaked and you can't read the buttons as they are worn off. Stay far away from these people unless you like lies and junk!

My husband purchased a $100 used dryer for an investment property. It was delivered to his office, & we moved it to the property which was beyond the delivery territory for the Minneapolis A-1 Appliance. When we hooked it up & tested the machine, we discovered that it wasn't working properly. I called A-1 Appliance, & they sent Kevin across the metro THREE TIMES to the property to install the parts & make sure it ran properly. This company took care of us & stood behind its product. Good customer service does still exist! The dryer is still running well. Thanks, A-1!

These guys are great gave me a good deal on a washer and dryer, they are caring for the community and will recomend to others!!

This company sold me a stove from A1 Appliance and when I was at the shop I was given a price of $175.00 and then he changed the price to $250.00 and kept changing the price through out the sale. So we finally bought it for $175.00 but let me tell you this stove started on fire and this company came to pick up the stove from my home and refused to pay for any of the damage done. The owner told us to turn it into our home owners insurance. WRONG man you sold a JUNK stove and you will be repairing all damage. Please BE AWARE you will get JUNK from this company.

this place sells junk used appliances. they sold me a frig and they had to come out to my home and fix it repeated times and then they picked up and took it to there shop to fix and and brought it back to me and it still does not work JUNK APPLIANCES
