Our experience with 33rd Company has been great! Any time we reached out to their general tenant email address with questions or concerns, we received a detailed response within 24 hours. While we did not have a specific point of contact at the company, it didn't matter, whoever responded took our concerns seriously, which was extremely comforting.

33rd Company was courteous and friendly throughout our tenancy and we never experienced any problems with them.

The move in and move out process couldn't have been easier, and they had a nice welcome bag of goodies for us at check-in (water, cookies, a notepad and pen, and a roll of toilet paper and paper towels, how cool is that?!) And we were able to detail any damage from previous tenants (which was minimal, 33rd company takes care of their properties!) to ensure there were no surprises when we moved out.

I would definitely recommend going through 33rd Company for your next rental, they were professional, friendly and weren't the type of landlord to drop in unannounced. You can rest assured that you're in good hands with 33rd Company

Well this was an amazing change for us from the old Home Owner Association Management company we had been using. 33rd Co actually returns your calls and e-mails quickly, and has provided us good advice. Our property manager is very smart and she said she has been in the industry for 20+ years which is great. They allow ACH automatic payments for member dues, and they also email out monthly statements which is so much easier.

We have been thrilled with the service, and the easy website portal. Our Spring walkthrough will hopefully provide an opportunity to address some of the issues we need to have taken care of.

This company manages our Home Owner Association and did a major roof replacement project for our entire town home community last summer. They did a really good job, and texted our schedule to us so we knew where the dumpster was going to be placed and the schedule of the contractors workers. It was pretty seamless and our manager told us she was following up with the progress daily. She was very good. They also have ACH payments which makes it easy to pay association dues.

Great Home Owners Association Property Manager (HOA). They have been very proactive with repairs and also with regular maintenance. We have a large parking lot that is always hard to get the snow removed from because everyone has there cars parked there - well our property manager had a simple solution which was to text everyone about 2 hours before the snow plow company arrived - and yes that did the trick! All but one car was moved and the entire lot was snow and ice free for a few weeks!

Great video on their website - it was on property tax benefits on rental - so good and so true. Thanks for posting this as most people were not aware. This site has a ton of great videos for people looking to rent their houses. I also got a free rental analysis sent to me - and it was pretty much right on target - I have a split entry (with attached garage) that is similar to a neighbors home this is a rental. He has bad tenants thought so I am glad I found a good management company to go with.

Great service and they have a very good team of contractors including the lawn and landscapper - they are wonderful and our grass is green like no tomorrow and it is only April in Minnesota! Good job!

This has been a great experience for us having them manage our HOA. We had a lot of issues from the old management company as they did not push on the vendor to correct all of the siding and roofing repairs that were done. 33rd Company worked with this vendor to correct all of these things, and they got everything taken care of. It is nice to know that someone out there cares about the members in our Home Owners Association.

Excellent property managers, they have been managing our HOA for a few years now and always have found the time to walk thru our development and address maintenance issues. Lots of the homes needed help with deck staining and some other problems, and they assigned a vendor and took care of these problems. We have been very happy at the good communications all along. Thanks!

We moved overseas witht he military and had to rent out our home. We used this company to do the leasing and management, and have had a great experience now for many years. They have always placed good tenants, and they also are quick to take care of the maintenance issues that come up from time to time. We have been able to keep our home all these years, and it is now starting to be worth something! I think that this company really looks out for you, and is careful when they place new tenants. I know it took a few weeks to find the last tenant, but they have been very good, just like the previous ones. They also helped remove an old glass shower door that was not safe, and they stored it in the basement utility room. It was not termpered glass. So they doo the little things that make a difference. Thanks!

I inherited my mothers home in West St. Paul and was just about to list it with my Realtor (this was a few years ago when the market was in the toilet), but then went to a workshop at 33rd Company and learned about rentals. I was really impressed, and thank god I did this because I could have taken a bath on this property. Instead, I rented the home out for a few years, and had 33rd Company manage it for me. They did a great job screening the tenants, and found a good tenant that rented the home successfully for years. Whew! I had good rental income, and also the home went up in value during those years. I really believe that everyone should have a rental as I have done better on them that I ever did in the stock market. In fact, I also got tax deductions because the home was a rental. Great service, and they know their stuff and protected me and my home for may years. Thanks, Ray

After the home I was in was foreclosed on I doscovered that I might have been able to rent out my home and use a property management company. I wish I had found this company a few years ago because they told me that they have helped people rent out properties and have save quite a few homes from foreclosure and also short sale (not sure what that is exactly). It is too late for me to tuen back the clock but at least now I know what to do in the future if there is an issue, I can always rent out my home, and the rents will take care of the mortgage payments - actually it seems lower risk than being a tenant! They gave me a lot of information, the the website was excellent with lots of videos as well!

My Realtor suggested that I consider renting out my home as it was not selling for what I needed to get. She said that they would do everything including finding tenants, maintenance, and also taking care of any issues, or problems along the way. I spent some time looking thru their website, and learned a lot of things about rentals, and how the whole thing is done. It is definitely not something I would ever consider doing myself.



I think that the services that they provide are great considering I do know some people who rent their home by themselves, and they have nothing but trouble. Also they have to call a vendor every time there is an issue. The screening is the part that is good because I think they really have a desire to find the right tenants to make sure that they take care of the home while they are living there.

I was helping my brother in-law firn a property management company for his St. Paul home. He moved out of State, and it is going to be rented for a few years. I found out they have a great website, lots of information, and even a bunch of videos they were very helpful. They must manage a few thousand properties because they had a ton of available properties on their website.

I have never had so many problems in my life, and I have been renting for years, both nationally and internationally (I am from Milan). They are extremely rude, never accommodating, absolutely horrible at communicating, they respond only when it's convenient for them, and they are sketchy. They have NO IDEA what customer service means!!!!!!!! I have never been treated like this before. My only advice: STAY AWAY!



I was about to rent a property from them, and what they did to me was absolutely obnoxious - they made me pay for application fees, and then ended up giving the condo to someone else because I refused to send the security deposit immediately (after they sent me a WRONG acceptance letter with wrong starting/ending dates!). I tried calling them a million times to let them know that the agreement they sent me was wrong and to have them change it before sending any money, and they NEVER responded. They contacted me a day after just to say that they had rented the condo to someone else since they did not receive my security deposit on time. LOL. Absolutely crazy, but I am glad that I did not end up renting from them - I would never want to have to deal with a company like this. I feel bad for whoever rented that condo!

I would love to see more reviews for tents and perspective tents, my experience with this company has been nothing but hell they are rude, unresponsive and untruthful there's no way these good reviews are real and there is not one neg feedback review every company has room for error and people should know... Paying for good reviews, I think so.

Canceled my showing for an erroneous reason and then ignored my emails. Steer clear, unless you like being treated rudely. I also suspect that they buy positive reviews; they read like ad copy.
