My parents had insurance thru this office for a long time. A couple of months after my Mother passed away, I got a post card from them saying that they had been trying to reach me. I called them and was told "you mom is dead and we are not going to renew the policy on her house". No I am sorry for you loss or anything else. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
