They did what I asked, a bath and nail trim. Now, my dog is a nightmare for groomers, he's scared of it all. That said, the nail trim left some to be desired. The nail did splinter and not all pieces were removed. I did feel like I was being rushed out the door and did not get to tell the woman, who was actually very nice, what problems I was having with him as far as his nails and skin went. She did do a decent job getting paint out of his fur and pads (did I mention my dog is a nightmare?). I do not know what shampoo they used, he seems to be scratching more now than before, so a bath at home (I'm not able to do this alone at the moment for medical reasons) will have to be planned when I can get help. Take it for what it's worth. And parking is crap.

I have 7 tea cup yorkies. I have been going to clippindales for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my previous doggies.

Recommended by a friend, I took my Yorkie, Magnum, to Sandy and have been going back ever since. that was 5 years ago. Love Sandy and they way she has with dogs. Love attention and looking good that's what it's all about .

Many groomers in town are unable to handle my dog and have actually referred me to clippendales. My dog is not easy to do and has even bitten the groomer. The groomer has agreed to continue keeping my dog clipped and even allows me to stay to help keep the dog more comfortable.

I am so happy to have found them!

I have a sheltie. They nipped his tail and down on his lower tummy by his privates! Didn't notice until we got home! Suppose to be a puppy trim turned into a shave- uneven! Never again'
