I called them and it took them the time given!! Couldn't have been any happier with their service! Thank you for your promptness!

Our transmission went out on the way to a performance. Not from that area, we asked the folks after our show who they would recommend and who does towing and they gave us the number of Wissingers. A nice friendly voice answered and guided us through the process. AAA estimated it would be 2 hours before the driver would come for us. He got there in 20 minutes, had our van loaded and in no time we were on our way. When he found out where we were having our van towed, he even recommended a salesperson to help us. Two days later we bought a new van from that person. Small town people helping people at its best. Thank you Mineral Point, PA!

DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were to tow my car to a garage through their AAA contract. They arrived nearly two hours after they were dispatched, even though the car was less than 20 miles from their garage.

Once the roll back driver arrived, he could not work the controls on the vehicle and the winch would not function. Then the chains hooked up by the driver shattered my front bumper. This is bad enough, right? It gets better. The driver then calls the owner. The owner shows up with yet another rollback and proceeds to immediately get in my face, yelling at me. He is holding a large metal flashlight in his right hand, pointing his finger of his left hand inches from my face and continues to yell at me. I tell him to get his finger out of my face and leave my drive way, to which he answers " what are you going to do about it b***h"? This as he and his flunky... I mean employee are both inching closer to me with flashlights in hand.

Spent an hour on the phone with AAA to get a different provider. Spoke with two supervisors and told them I and my family / friends and everyone I could talk to will be cancelling our memberships if they continue to contract with these.... people. Also read them the review posted here by another AAA member "Catryn" who had a similar experience.

If I could give them "0" stars I would. They were contacted by AAA to tow my car after it broke down. They did not take it to the garage I requested, instead they took it to their own garage. Had to call the garage on Monday to see where the car was, said they would fix and would only take a few hours. Two days later had to call them again to see what was up and they hadn't even looked for the part. I ended up having to locate the part myself, ordering it and taking it to them when it came. After the part came 2 days went by and still heard nothing from them. Went to the garage and was told they needed another part. At that point I called another garage and had it towed to another garage for repairs. Wissingers threatened to charge me for the car sitting in their field for a week. STAY AWAY...FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!!
