Regarding my earlier review... This case has been resolved. A co-owner of the establishment has sincerely apologized. While people and businesses should be held accountable for their actions, aggrieved parties can and should accept heartfelt apologies and forgive. While callously wronged and shamed, I feel this establishment did the right thing in the end. It wasn't easy for either of us, but I consider this over. I rescind my complaint.

Stay FAR, FAR away from this place. I dropped off a one-way Uhaul truck there, and when I contested extra charges on my credit card, the burley man behind the counter approached me threateningly, picking a fight, obviously intent on jumping over the counter and beating me up right there for having the audacity to . I believed him. The other guy didn't intervene or anything. Meanwhile, I'm staring at the King James bible on the counter, avoiding eye contact with this surreal escalation to imminent violence, wonderquestion him. Incredulous, I felt like I was living some kind of deleted scene from "Deliverance." Seriously, nothing like this has ever happened to me in my nearly five decades on this planet. If you want to risk picking up your bloody teeth from the floor and subsisting entirely on intravenous nourishmen



, by all means, frequent this establishment. Maybe it's a bullet next time from this psychopath. Save yourself the trouble. Find a company that is fair, honest, and most of all, not staffed by marginally civilized people intent on causing you or your family bodily harm.
