I had a very bad first experience at this clinic.My one year old son had a double ear infection, and was referred to this clinic for further diagnosis.He was scheduled for 3:30..The day before they called me to remind me of the appointment for 3:30.I arrived at 3:00 to fill out paperwork.As I was doing so the receptionist told me that my son couldn't be seen because he was LATE!!!I told her that he was scheduled for 3:30.She told me that the computer showed 2:30 and they had to reschedule him because I was 30 minutes late.I told her that I was told 3:30 twice and that I was on time.She asked me to hang on so that she could ask the doctor if she would see him.After waiting 15 minutes she came back and said the doctor wouldn't see him and that I had to reschedule.They wanted me to bring him back a month later...Mind you...he has a double ear infection and couldn't sleep.Needless to say.He ended up going to another ENT whose staff was wonderful!!!!
