WOW!!! Is all I can say!!! We have been boat owners for over 10 years and have tried a few places over the years to get our boat repaired when needed. Every place we have went to, they would have it for atleast 2+ weeks before they would even look at it. One place we dropped it off the weekend after thanksgiving and we were still having the same issue until July. So not knowing what was wrong with our boat or how long we would be without it. We dropped it off this morning. NWBS figured out the issue, found the part, went and picked it up, installed it and our boat is back in our driveway completely fixed and ready to go. During summer to drop your boat off and get it back in less than 10 hours is literally unbelievable, it almost felt like Christmas! The service that NWBS gives their customers is remarkable!!! Their prices are not anymore than the other places for service, actually they are cheaper than some. We will NEVER go any where else!!!
