Even though my need (and their potential profit) was VERY minor, the staff at Horizon was EXTREMELY helpful. Thinking I needed a simple gasket, I went to their store. While Gus looked-up a part for me, the other counter worker (sorry, I did not get his name) looked at the valve I brought in. He discovered a crack - that I never saw - in a small part. Instead of even ordering a part, we agreed that my next step would be to try repairing the crack on my own
