Do a good job with routine check-ups but a little expensive. Very caring and helped me through a difficult time putting my yellow lab to sleep.

I boarded my dog here and she was covered in feces and missing the top skin of her nose and bleeding. Not a satisfying experience.

My husband and I brought our cats to the West Allis Vet Clinic the 4+ years that we lived in Milwaukee. From making appointments to picking up prescription food to ordering lab work, everyone at the clinic is friendly, helpful, and professional. It gave me a peace of mind to bring my cats to such a great clinic, especially my late elderly cat who had multiple serious health issues during her final years of life. Their rates are competitive, and they provide reasonable recommendations for testing, diet, home care, and other aspects of pet health. Pets and pet owners alike are treated with respect and compassion by everyone at the clinic including receptionists, nurses, and vets. The only reason that we switched vets this winter is because we moved. I will continue to recommend the West Allis clinic to family and friends in Milwaukee. Thank you for everything that you do!

My wife and I had 2 chocolate labs. When my wife moved her in 2007 from Marshfield it was hard for her to find a vet as good as the one she had up there. After doing our research on vets in the Milwaukee area we found the West Allis Veterinary Clinic. My wife grew up on a dairy farm and after she saw that Dr. Dan worked with large animals and with dairy she said we have to see him. So needless to say we have been taking our girls to him for 9 years and can't say enough good things about Dr. Dan and the whole staff. We are thankful to find a team that is so loving and passionate for each of their patients. We had to put one of our girls down in September of 2014 and we did it at the Animal Hospital and the next day we received a call from Dr. Dan giving his condolences and his favorite memory of our Sadie girl and later in the week a card from the Doctor and staff. With that being said that shows what kind of team works there. I highly recommend them for your local veterinary clinic.

I took my very cared for Mack in for eye surgery and it turned out flawless west allis vet did a great job not to mention they treated him like a king. I would send all my friends and family there thank you to the staff

I would give it a zero star rating if I could. Why is it named hospital but would turn away a puppy having an emergency?!!! And while the receptionist was nice and offered to ask the doctor the tech very rudely said we dont take emergencies and are by appointment only and refused to ask the doctor.

I was excited to bring our two cats here because we just moved to the Milwaukee area and havent found a vet yet. They had great reviews so I thought we found the right place for us. When we arrived no one greeted us or smiled once. I know a lot about my pets and am in the works to becoming vet tech, so I brought up some concerns and questions and the guy(who didnt even introduce himself to us, so i dont know his name) kept giving me dirty looks and kind of ignored my concerns. He was acting like he is the dr. so he knows all and thats that, very disrespectful to me. they were okay looking and dealing with the animals, but had an attitude and made me feel like a bad pet owner when I know im not. Then to top it all off as we were paying what the receptionist interrupted my husband to take a personal call which took about 5 minutes while we were just standing there at the counter waiting. One of my cats has anxiety issues and peed herself so to make us wait while shes covered in her own urine is unacceptable, especially since it wasn't a work related call.. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Yes they have decent affordable prices but I would rather pay up the wazoo for better care than to come back here.

Hello, Yesterday I brought in my 100lb Pit Bull Rome to get his shots utd and my experience was beyond awesome. I was very nervous As Rome can be very intimidating but all the nurses were just sweet as can be and the Doctor was also awesome and was great with Rome. Rome enjoyed his first visit and LOVED the treats! Thank you ladies and Doc for everything. We will see you soon!

I am very thankful to have such a wonderful Vet clinic in the neighborhood. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful, great customer service and all are very friendly. I am very happy to take Tito (dog) there because i know that he is going to be taken care of they way he should be and all my questions get answered. Thanks again and keep doing a great job!!

I adopted my dog Trixie at 13 months old and I have relied on the West Allis Veterinary Clinic ever since for both her medical and behavioral needs. She has anxiety towards unfamiliar people and places, and the staff of this clinic make it a pleasant experience each time. Not only are the prices the best in town, but you get the sincerity and expertise that make the cheaper prices even more of a steal! The office staff do a great deal to accommodate my dog's anxiety when it comes to scheduling her appointments, and their customer service is superb! I tell everyone I know to consider the West Allis Veterinary Clinic becauseI wouldn't dream of taking Trixie anywhere else. I both look forward to seeing Dr. Banceu again soon and I appreciate his partnership towards maintaining my dog's well-being. Keep up the good work, and thank you for helping to make pet ownership such a blessing!

I have been bringing my dogs to the West Allis Veterinary Clinic for a few years now. I had previously gone to another clinic, but was unsatisfied with the high prices, difficulty in scheduling appointments, and impersonal care. I have always found staff at the West Allis Vet Clinic to be friendly and helpful. For example, one of my dogs gets very nervous during these appointments and can get aggressive with other animals due to that. Your staff have been able to schedule us at an early time when the clinic is less busy as a way to help that situation. My other dog just turned 9 years old, and as I have never owned a senior animal, I wasn't sure how to care for him differently. I was very happy with the suggestions and advice that Dr. Banceu offered. I learned that simple preventative measures like dental cleanings can positively affect my older dog's health. Overall, I feel the staff and doctors at West Allis Veterinary Clinic have given both of my animals excellent care at an affordable cost.

The best clinic I have ever been to, I would never take my pets anywhere else. Very clean, organized & affordable!! The staff and doctors are always so polite and really care for my pets and myself! Definitely a five star rating, HIGHLY recommend going here. You won't be disappointed!

I bring all of my animals to this clinic. I have never had a bad experience here. The Doctors are caring and very mindful of the fact that not everyone has a ton of money to spend on their pets, even though they love them.

The reception staff is very friendly and caring as well as the techs.

It is very clean and now that they remodeled it is even better.

What more can I say except I give the Doctors and staff at the West Allis Veterinary Clinic a huge thumbs up!!!

The staff there is always very helpful and the clinic is always clean when I go there. The doctors are genuinely concerned for my pets and seem to keep my wallet in mind when caring for them. Of course I did my price shopping, and the West Allis Vet Clinic comes out on top each time!
