EmailThe Waterman is available seven days a week. Our office is open Monday- Friday 7:00am-8:00pm. A dispatcher is on duty 24 hours a day to set up appointments. If you call after hours and receive a recorded message, please leave you name and number and the dispatcher will return your call immediately. If it is late in the evening or early in the morning, do not hesitate to leave a message; we are here to serve you. We have experienced dispatchers who are utilizing one of the most technically advanced electronic systems for scheduling. They can calculate the amount of water you will need for your pool and have the ability to give you quotes for your special water needs. We are capable of scheduling multiple trucks to one location for high volume water needs. This could help reduce the time that you and your crew would need to spend at the job site. All water drivers, dispatchers and staff are equipped with Nextel phones. This gives us the ability to communicate with them a t a moments notice using the two-way radio feature. All dispatching will be done from our Milwaukee office. The range on our Nextel phones allows us to communicate with our drivers in our entire service area. If your business is using Nextel phones (or might be interested in using them), they can be programmed to be included in the same builders network as The Waterman.

- Swimming Pools The Waterman works with many of the major pool installers in the area. Our drivers are knowledgeable and always willing to give you and your crew any assistance they can. Directions can be left with our dispatchers asking drivers to pull vacs if it is not possible for you to be there. Ponds The Waterman has the resources available to fill ponds of any size. By having the pond filled quickly through the use of multiple vehicles, it will prevent soil erosion that can occur with Mother Nature is left to handle the timetable. Potable Drinking Water We supply many customers with potable drinking water for special events such as concerts, campgrounds, festivals, etc. The Waterman works in conjunction with the DNR and adheres to all their guidelines for the delivery of the water. Irrigation We have the capabilities of doing lawn, tree or shrub irrigation. This is accomplished by the use of a water cannon. The cannon is capable of r eaching distances up to 150 ft away from the truck. For jobs where the site is not accessible from the truck, additional hose can be laid out giving us a radius exceeding 600 ft. Construction Temporary fire protection for new buildings, hydro testing for pipelines, dust control at road construction sites, temporary maintenance of water for municipalities doing work on their systems, etc. The Waterman also has the ability to supply holding tanks ranging from 300 gallons to 21,000 gallons.
